Weekly Blog for Bumbleberrys using MFT Bubble Over With Joy

Well Hello Crafty Friends,
Its been an exciting time at Bumbleberry's this month with the Boss Katrina Rudd, being interviewed for Cardmaking and Papercraft issue no 181 April.

She's girl power at its best, and inspires us, her (design team).
Her interview gives a frank and honest answer, to many questions. We are all so very proud of her.
It was lovely, she described us as an Amazing DT Team!!!!
So whats today's card. Well we're playing with bunnies again, but these are not only for easter these cuties are great for all year round or childrens cards.
I used Bubble Over With Joy from the new MFT release. https://www.bumbleberrys.co.uk/products/bb-bubble-over-with-joy?variant=2519256039434 designed by Birdie Brown a famous artist.

Firstly I stamped them out on to Bristol Smooth Cardstock, then using my zigs I coloured the images.
Used Perfectly Plaid, Spring backing paper from Lawn Fawn, and cut the frame in black cardstock using Say Cheese, Again Die also from Lawn Fawn. To create the background in the frames I used Distress Oxides.

Added the back ground paper, to a 6x6 inch card blank.

Used oxides and water splash technique.

After sticking the elements on the card.
I used clear bubble gems and glossy accents, from my stash.

Finally I stamped the sentiment in versamark ink and embossed in white powder.
I do hope you like this weeks card.
Please feel free to ask me any questions by commenting on the blog.
God Bless

Weekly Blog for Bumbleberrys using the latest release from Lawn Fawn.....

Well Good Morning Crafty Friends
I do hope your keeping well, and enjoying some of the new releases from the crafty world this month.
I couldn't resist a few purchases this month.

So this week i've come up with some cute little easter cards, using the Some Bunny Stamps from Lawn Fawn.

First I stamp out a few images using my Misti and My Favourite Things Extreme Black Ink, on to Neenah Cardstock 110lb..

Then I used Alcohol Markers to color my images.

Using my Scan and Cut I cut out all the images with a 1mm border.

Finally I pulled out Lawn Fawns Paper pad in Perfectly Plaid (Spring) and Watercolor Wishes. Die cut the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Squares.
I then started assembling my cards.

I used Flower soft to create the grass.

Stamping the sentiments on Storm Cloud (lawn Fawn) cardstock.
I am so in love with anything Lawn Fawn as would go as far as to say it is my favourite stamp company.
Followed closely by My Favourite Things.

Thanks For popping bye,
God Bless

Weekly Blog for Bumbleberrys using Honey Bee Stamps to create a Mothers Day Card.

Hi there Crafty Friends
Today blog is show casing the Amazing Honey Bee Stamps Country Wreath Stamps, https://www.bumbleberrys.co.uk/products/country-wreath-stamp-set
This week I had a Mothers day card to make, so I decided to use my wreath stamp set and come up with a simple yet pretty card.

I found using less images, on the wreath gave a totally different look.

First I stamped the wreath in Doe ink by lawn fawn,
then stamped the bow the same. Stamped the roses in wild rose lawn fawn ink and leaves in fresh cut grass ink.

I felt they were a little lost so pulled out my Prismacolor Pencils and matching the colour to the ink, shaded in the images.

Which really made them come alive. Then added Glossy Accents over the top,and a spinkle of glitter.
Then added hearts and dots with nuvo drops in Pale gold. Used a Concord & 9th Perfectly Penned to create MUM.https://www.bumbleberrys.co.uk/products/perfectly-penned

Various other stamps to create words and sentiment to bring it all together.

I do hope Mum likes it on Sunday.
Thanks for stopping bye,

God Bless

Weekly Blog Post for Bumbleberry Using Mama Elephant's The Dogs Woof, creating a book mark.

Well hello Crafty friends,
I hope your staying in the warm.
Its terrible weather out there and friday is supposed to be worse. We have a snow day today, which means a day to craft for me at home in the walm., So i'm not complaining.
I'm not a journal girl, but I do have a diary. Or else i'd forget appointments, birthdays etc..... I needed some thing that could mean, I could find my page in a hurry.
So I decided to come up with a bookmark. As I love my dogs this was an easy stamp choice to make. Mama Elephants The Dogs Woof https://www.bumbleberrys.co.uk/products/the-dogs-woof

I simple cut a piece of Bristol watercolor cardstock and embossing the dogs in gold embossing powder. Moving left and right as i moved down the cardstock. using a anti static tool to keep the cardstock clean and lit free.

I thyen coloured them in using my Zig Real brush markers.

After all was finished
I added a Bull dog clip and a lope of ribbon.
This way the bookmark can be attached to the page.

Stay Warm and Safe
God Bless
