Second Generation Stamping, Plus ink To Paper Tecniques with Concord and 9th Stamps, Ink and Dies (Your Future So Bright)

 Hi There, 

This week blog post looks at the popular, "Bright Eyes" die and stamps from Concord and 9th. This Die creates the cutest pair of glasses that work on their own or can be teamed up with the Weekender Handbag Die. 

I love Concord for there style and modern designs, and this month was no exception.

5 x 5 " Card Blank

Method

Cut out the glasses frame die 3 times out of white card stock, and the lens die once out of black.

Stick  of them together stacking the white frames. 


Cut one set of arms to fit to the back in a cris cross design.

Taking the Oceanside inkpad direct to the cardstock, colour it but brushing the inkpad over it. This method is called ink to paper. Then die cut one more frame and add it to the rest. 

Using a 5" x 5" card blank. Ink up your stamp and stamp it off on scrap paper then without reinking stamp on to the card blank. Repeat this 3 times over lapping each time.


Do the same process with the spot stamp. This gives a lighter look know as Second Generation Stamping

Add Jewels to the frame. Then while they are drying add your sentiment, in black ink.



Lastly add some Novo drops in gloss black. Add glossy accents to the lens.
